Entry Level Legal Secretary/Case Manager – Korean Speaking

Diverse International District plaintiff's personal injury firm seeks an entry level legal secretary/case manager – fluency in Korean required.

Responsibilities include:

  Opening and maintaining pre-litigation files

    Reviewing medical records and preparing demands

    Preparing closing documents

    Preparing initial litigation documents

    Reviewing and processing mail, faxes and emails

    Communicating with clients, medical providers and insurance companies

Qualifications: stable work history, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent computer skills (MS Office), detailed oriented, ability to handle multiple non-litigated cases with limited supervision.

Compensation: $2,437.50/month + parking or transportation stipend.
